Withdrawal from the agreement

Return of goods.

If you wish to return goods purchased on www.pieceoflove.pl, please send them back within 14 days at your own expense, together with the form, to the following address:

In accordance with the Consumer

• Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The period to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days (terms of the online shop) from the day on which the Buyer has come into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer has come into possession of the item. In the case of a contract obliging the online shop to transfer the ownership of items delivered in instalments or in parts - the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Buyer has come into possession of the last instalment or part or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer has come into possession of the last instalment or part.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform AJ Group Sp. z o.o. the owner of the online shop of his decision and send the ordered product back to the address:

  If a declaration of withdrawal is made by e-mail, the Online Shop shall immediately confirm to the Buyer the receipt of such a declaration on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail to the Buyer's address).
• buyer may use an electronic form, but this is not obligatory.
• In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send information on exercising his right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal (the date of sending the Buyer's declaration shall be decisive and not the date of its receipt by the Online Shop).
• In case of withdrawal from the contract, AJ Group Sp. z o.o. shall return to the Buyer the payments received for the goods, less the cost of delivery within 14 days from the date the return entered the warehouse of the shop. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different solution.
• Group Sp. z o.o. may withhold reimbursement until it has received the item.
• Purchased goods, in the case of withdrawal from the contract of its purchase, please send back at your own expense to the address:

  within 14 days from the effective delivery of the statement of withdrawal to AJ Group Sp. z o.o. In order to meet the deadline it is enough to send back the item (goods) before its expiry.
• The buyer shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
